Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup boiled Macroni
  2. 1/2 cup boiled potato
  3. 1/3 cup boiled green peas
  4. 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  5. 1-1/2 table spoon tamarind sweet chutney
  6. 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 chopped chilly
  9. 2 table spoon chopped coriender
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 2 table spoon pomegrante
  12. Garnish with mixture
  13. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. SAUTE 1/2 CUP BOILED & DICED POTATOES IN 1 TSP OIL, KEEP ASIDE
  2. SAUTE 1 CUP BOILED MACARONI IN 1 TSP OIL, KEEP ASIDE
  3. ADD THE STIR FRIED POTATOES & 1/3 CUP BOILED PEAS
  4. ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER & 1 TSP CHAAT MASALA
  5. ADD 2-3 TBSP TAMARIND CHUTNEY & 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  6. ADD 1/3 CUP TOMATOES, 1 GREEN CHILLI & 2 TBSP CORIANDER
  7. ADD 2 TBSP POMEGRANATE
  8. GARNISH WITH SEV & SERVE
