  1. For one cup puree:
  2. 2 small pie Pumpkins [(used in this receipe 3/4 cup of the puree)]
  3. Dry ingredients :
  4. Flour - 1 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
  6. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - a pinch
  8. For the Pumpkin pie spice : (makes 1 TBSP)
  9. (used 3 tsps In this receipe)
  10. Cinnamon powder - 2 tsps
  11. Cloves powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
  13. Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
  14. All spice - 1/4 tsp
  15. Wet ingredients :
  16. Oil - 4 tbsps
  17. Butter - 4 tbsps
  18. Egg - 1
  19. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE SPICE: ( MAKES 1 TBSP) ( USING 3 TSP IN THIS RECIPE ) CINNAMON POWDER - 2 TSP GINGER POWDER - 1/4 TSP CLOVES POWDER - 1/4 TSP NUTMEG - 1/4 TSP ALL SPICE - 1/4 TSP
  2. SEIVE 1.5 CUPS FLOUR, A PINCH OF SALT, 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA & 3 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
  3. BLEND 1- 1/4 CUPS OF SUGAR, 4 TBSP OIL & 4 TBSP BUTTER
  4. ADD 1 TSP VANILA ESSENCE, 3/4 CUPS PUMPKIN PUREE & CONTINUE BLENDING
  5. ADD THE SPICED FLOUR & 1/2 CUP CHOCO CHIPS
  6. SPREAD THE BATTER IN BAKING DISH, ON GREASED PARCHMENT PAPER
  7. SPRINKLE 1/4 TH CUP CHOCO CHIPS, BAKE AT 160 DEGREES IN A PRE HEATED OVEN FOR 25- 30 MINS
  8. COOL, CUT & SERVE
