  5. JEERA [CUMIN SEEDS] 1 TSP
  6. CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
  7. SALT 1 TSP

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS STORE BOUGHT RICE FLOUR 3 CUPS VERY SMALL SIZE SABOODHANA 1 CUP PUTNALU PAPPU 1 CUP 1 DAY SOUR CURD 2 CUPS JEERA 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP
  2. ADD ONE GLASS WATER AND MAKE BUTTERMILK WITH CURD SOAK SABOODHANA FOR 3 HOURS
  3. MAKE FINE FLOUR OF PUTNALU PAPPU
  4. PUTNALU PAPPU FLOUR
  5. ADD FLOURS AND SPICES
  6. ADD SOAKED SABOODHANA
  7. KNEAD TO A SMOOTH DOUGH ADD WATER IF NECESSARY
  8. MAKE A LUMP TRANSFER INTO MURUKU MAKER WITH 3 HOLES
  9. PRESS JANTIKULU INTO HOT OIL
  10. FRY IN HIGH FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES REDUCE TO MEDIUM FLAME
  11. YUMMY PERUGU JANTIKULU READY ! !
