Kobbari perugu pachadi is Andhra pachadi recipe. It is very simple chutney recipe prepared in less time. Using fresh curd gives good taste to the chutney.

Ingredients to make Kobbari perugu pachadi

  • curd - 1 cup
  • Fresh grated/scraped coconut - 1 small cup
  • green chillies - 3
  • red chilli -1
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves - 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • chana dal - 1/2 tsp
  • hing - 1 pinch
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • Sslt as per taste

How to make Kobbari perugu pachadi

  1. Grate/scrap coconut and keep all the ingredients ready
  2. Beat the curd well,so that it do not have any lumps.
  3. Add coconut to the above curd.
  4. Mix the above well by adding salt.
  5. Take a pan add oil heat it for a second, now add mustard seeds once it splutters, add cumin seeds,urad and chana dal fry it till it changes color.
  6. Now add chopped ginger, green chillies, curry leaves , hing one after other and fry it well.
  7. Add the above fried ingredients and chopped coriander leaves in curd and coconut mixture
  8. Mix the above well and take it into bowl
  9. Tasty and healthy kobbari Perugu pachadi is ready to serve

My Tip:

1)Adjust the green chillies as per your taste. 2)Use fresh coconut to get good taste
