ABOUT Protein packed potato kebabs RECIPE

These melt in the mouth kebabs made from potatoes and rajma are excellent snack for your guests and family.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potatoes-6
  2. Red kidney beans/Rajma-1/2 cup
  3. Cornflour-2 tbsp
  4. Onion-1
  5. Garlic-8 cloves
  6. Ginger-1 inch piece
  7. Green chilli-2
  8. Chaat masala-1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  10. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  11. coriander cumin powder-1 tsp
  12. salt
  13. mint leaves-1 tbsp
  14. Corriander -2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. MASH 6 BOILED POTATOES
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP BOILED AND GROUND RAJMA
  3. ADD 2 TSP GINGER, GARLIC AND CHILLI PASTE, 1 TBSP MINT, 1 ONION AND 1 TSP EACH CUMIN, CORIANDER, RED CHILLI AND CHAAT MASALA
  4. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF FRESH CORIANDER AND CORNFLOUR
  5. MIX WELL
  6. SHAPE INTO TIKKIS
  7. SHALLOW FRY
  8. FLIP
  9. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
