ABOUT Cheeselings RECIPE

These are light fluffy mini biscuits made from flour and cheese.Loved by young and old equally,serve these this Diwali with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour-1 cup
  2. Baking soda-1 pinch
  3. Salt-1 pinch
  4. Cheese-2 cubes(grated)
  5. Butter-1 teaspoon
  6. Milk-2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 cup flour, a pinch of soda and salt
  2. Add 1 teaspoon butter and 1/2 cup grated cheese
  3. Add 2 tablespoon of milk slowly and knead into a dough
  4. Keep aside for 15 minutes
  5. Roll a small ball of dough into a roti
  6. Cut length wise
  7. Cut into small squares
  8. Deep fry the Cheese lings on slow heat
  9. Remove from heat when golden brown and crisp.Cool and store in an airtight container
