Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rosted bengalgram dal (dalia)1/2kg
  2. Sugar powder(fine)1/2 kg
  3. Ghee 1/2 kg
  4. Almonds(rosted)150 grams
  5. Green cardamom powder 10 grams

Instructions

  1. Roast dal for 3 to 5minutes only
  2. Grind the dal and almond to a fine dry powder when little warm. Add to melted ghee(warm).
  3. Add sugar powder and cardamom. Mix well with finger tips only for 5minutes
  4. Make ladoos and allow to come to room temperature. Store in an air tight container.
