ABOUT Puppy Cookies RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 100 grams butter
  2. 75 grams powdered sugar
  3. 200 grams All purpose flour
  4. Cocoa powder 2 teaspoon
  5. Melted chocolate 30 ml
  6. Candy jems 5 packets

Instructions

  1. Add softened butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until light and creamy.
  2. Slowly add flour and Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Knead a soft dough
  4. Warp the dough with butter paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 portions.
  5. Add cocoa powder in one portion of the dough. Mix well until the dough becomes brown in colour.
  6. Roll the white dough on parchment paper
  7. Cut out big and small hearts with a heart shaped cookie cutters
  8. Stick the small heart on top of the big heart.
  9. Roll out the cocoa dough. Cut out heart shapes from the dough using a cookie cutter.
  10. Divide the hearts lengthwise into half.
  11. Stick onto each side of the cookie.
  12. Grease baking tray and preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius.
  13. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown
  14. Cook for 15 minutes
  15. Dip gems into melted chocolate. Place on the center of the cookies to make a nose.
  16. Draw the eyes and mouth. Serve
