Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 /2 cup white sesame seeds
  2. 4 tbsp honey
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 tbsp roughly chopped almonds
  5. 1 tbsp charoli (chironji)
  6. 1 tbsp rasins
  7. 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN, DRY ROAST 1/2 CUP OF WHITE SESAME SEEDS
  2. ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY
  3. HEAT A PAN, ADD 4 TBSP OF HONEY
  4. ADD 2 TBSP OF SUGAR
  5. CARAMELIZE SUGAR. SWITCH OFF
  6. ADD ROASTED SESAME AND 2 TBSP ALMONDS
  7. ADD 1 TBSP OF EACH CHAROLI , RAISINS AND CHOCO CHIPS AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD MIXTURE IN A GREASED PLATE
  9. SPREAD EVENLY WITH WET PALMS
  10. CUT THE PIECES
  11. HEALTHY SESAME BARS READY
