Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 4 egg whites
  2. 4 egg yolks
  3. Milk 30 ml
  4. oil 30 ml
  5. cream of tartar 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Powdered sugar 120 grams
  7. Whole wheat flour 120 grams
  8. pineapple essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. BLEND EGG WHITES IN A BOWL UNTIL PEAKS STARTS FORMING
  2. ADD CREAM OF TARTAR AND BLEND
  3. ADD SUGAR GRADUALLY AND BLEND TO FORM STIFF PEAKS
  4. KEEP EGG WHITE MIX ASIDE
  5. ADD EGG YOLKS GRADUALLY
  6. FOLD AND CUT UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  7. ADD PINEAPPLE ESSENCE.
  8. FOLD AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD OIL
  10. ADD MILK
  11. GENTLY CUT AND FOLD THE BATTER
  12. ADD WHEAT FLOUR IN 3 BATCHES
  13. CUT AND FOLD BATTER UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  14. LINE 8 INCHES CAKE PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
  15. POUR THE BATTER AND SPREAD EVENLY
  16. TAP THE PAN TO RELEASE THE AIR BUBBLES
  17. BAKE FOR 40- 45 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 150
  18. INSERT TOOTHPICK IN CENTER, IT SHOULD BE CLEAN
  19. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 30 MINUTES, DEMOULD CAKE
  20. REMOVE PARCHMENT PAPER
  21. SLICE AND SERVE
