Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup rawa/ semolina
  2. 1/4 cup curd
  3. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/4 cup water
  6. 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  7. 1 green chili finely chopped
  8. 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
  9. 2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
  10. 3-4 bread slices (white or brown )
  11. 2 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA IN A MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP CURD, 1/4 CUP WATER, 1/2 TSP SUGAR AND SALT TO SEMOLINA
  3. MIX WELL
  4. REST MIXTURE FOR 10 MINUTES
  5. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION TO MIXTURE
  6. ADD 1 CHOPPED CHILI
  7. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATO
  8. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  9. MIX WELL
  10. SPREAD MIXTURE EVENLY OVER BREAD SLICES
  11. HEAT 1 TBSP BUTTER ON TAWA
  12. PLACE BREAD SLICES ON GREASED TAWA WITH TOPPINGS FACING DOWNWARDS
  13. PRESS GENTLY AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES
  14. GENTLY FLIP OVER
  15. ADD SOME BUTTER OVER EDGES
  16. COOK OVER MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL SLICES ARE CRISP AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES
  17. SLICE TOAST DIAGONALLY IN TWO PARTS
  18. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH KETCHUP AND CHUTNEY
