Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 4, boiled
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp, finely chopped
  6. Maida dough - for 4 servings
  7. Jaljeera powder 1 tsp
  8. Oil 4 tbsp to drizzle

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL SPICES AND CORIANDER LEAVES IN A BOWL
  2. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO EQUAL PORTIONS, STUFF MIXTURE INTO PARATHAS, SEAL COMPLETELY AND ROLL INTO ROTIS
  3. HEAT TAWA, PLACE PARATHAS ON HOT TAWA, ROAST BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. DRIZZLE OIL ON PARATHAS
  4. SERVE HOT WITH CURD AND PICKLE
