Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Egg beaten
  2. 150 gms all purpose flour
  3. 100 gms granulated sugar
  4. 100 gms boiled and puréed red pumpkin
  5. 1 tbspn canola oil
  6. A pinch of salt
  7. 1/2 tspn baking soda
  8. 1/2 cinnamon powder
  9. 1/2 tspn ginger powder
  10. 1/2 tspn nutmeg powder
  11. 1 tspn Vanilla essence


  1. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, salt, baking powder
  2. Add ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg powders and the egg.
  3. Blend well until all ingredients are combined
  4. Add the puréed pumpkin, vanilla Essence and oil. Mix well
  5. Add the flour bit by bit and keep folding in the mix well
  6. You will need this thick consistency or thicker not a runny mixture
  7. In the absence of donut mound, use a muffin tray and grease the cups
  8. To have a depression in the center, use pieces of butter/baking paper folded tightly
  9. Pour in the mix around the piece of baking paper carefully
  10. The donut mix is ready for baking
  11. Bake at 200 degree for 15-20 minutes only or until done
  12. Scoop baking paper from the center and glaze the donut with honey and coat with powdered sugar
