Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. palak 1bunch chopped
  2. Green moong dal 4tsp
  3. turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. oil 2tbsp
  6. hing a pinch
  7. ginger garlic green chilli crushed 3tbsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 4 TSP SOAKED GREEN MOONG DAL IN A PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD 1 BOWL OF CHOPPED PALAK
  3. ADD 1/4TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT AS DESIRED
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER. PRESSURE COOK TILL 3 WHISTLES BLOW
  5. OPEN THE LID AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL
  7. SPRINKLE A PINCH OF HING
  8. ADD 3 TBSP CRUSHED GINGER GARLIC & GREEN CHILLI
  9. ADD SALT AND SAUTE TILL LIGHT BROWN
  10. ADD THE BOILED PALAK DAL
  11. STIR AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  12. ADD A DOLLOP OF GHEE AND SERVE
