Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rava 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oregano 1 tbsp
  6. Oil 2tsp
  7. Paneer 1/4 cup cut in small pieces
  8. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
  9. Green chilli 1 tbsp.
  10. Spring onion 3 tbsp chopped
  11. Onion 1/4 cup chopped
  12. Carrot 1/4 cup chopped
  13. Cauliflower 1/4 cup chopped
  14. Cabbage 1/4 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL.ADD RAVA.
  2. ADD CURD
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  4. ADD WATER.
  5. MIX IT AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES.
  6. ADD OREGANO,CAULIFLOWER
  7. ADD CARROT
  8. ADD CABBAGE
  9. ADD ONION
  10. ADD SPRING ONIONS
  11. ADD GREEN CHILLIES
  12. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. ADD PANEER
  14. MIX IT WELL.
  15. FINALLY ADD OIL AND MIX IT WELL.
  16. HEAT OIL IN A NON-STICK PAN.
  17. POUR TWO TBSP OF UTTAPAM BATTER AND SPREAD IT.
  18. COVER IT AND BAKE IT ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR TWO MINUTES BOTH SIDE.
  19. COOK TILL DONE.SIMILARLY MAKE MORE AND SERVE HOT.
