ABOUT Fusion Rice Peanut Biscuit RECIPE

US is known for biscuits. I've infused rice flour with fried peanut, south Indian sambhar powder, butter, ajwain, sesame seeds and salt. This is a fusion biscuit to have a different taste of spicy crunchy of peanuts. Must try recipe by all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 100gms
  2. butter 50gms
  3. Fried peanut crushed 1/2cup
  4. Milk 1/4cup
  5. Sambhar powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Sesame seeds little
  7. Ajwain 1teaspoon
  8. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. salt 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. CREAM BUTTER WELL. ADD CRUSHED FRIED PEANUT AND SAMBHAR POWDER.
  3. ADD AJWAIN AND SALT.
  4. CREAM ALL TOGETHER WELL.
  5. ADD SIEVED RICE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER TO THE MIXTURE.
  6. MIX WELL TILL CRUMBLY MIXTURE.
  7. ADD MILK TO IT.
  8. MIX WELL AND MAKE A ROUND DOUGH.
  9. FLATTEN WITH A ROLLING PIN AND USE FLOWER CUTTER TO CUT.
  10. PLACE THE CUT PIECES ON AN OVEN TRAY. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGREE CENTIGRADE.
  11. GET READY WITH ALL THE CUT DOUGH.
  12. BRUSH MILK ON TOP OF THE BISCUIT DOUGH.
  13. SPRINKLE WHITE SESAME SEED ON TOP.
  14. PLACE THE BAKING TRAY IN THE OVEN AND BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES.
  15. LET IT BAKE TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  16. RICE PEANUT BISCUIT IS READY.
  17. BISCUIT ACTUALLY FROM AMERICANS.. THIS IS COMPLETELY SOUTH INDIAN STYLE SPICE BISCUIT.
