  1. Atta/ wheat flour-1 cup
  2. Radish -1
  3. Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  5. Jeera -1/2 tsp
  6. Chat masala-1/4 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil - 1tbsp + for making

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD ATTA,GRATED RADDISH
  2. ADD IN ALL SPICES & SALT
  3. ADD 1 TBSP OIL,MIX
  4. ADD WATER AND MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.REST FOR A WHILE
  5. MAKE BALLS OUT OF IT
  6. ROLL IT
  7. COOK IT ON A HOT TAVA
  8. DRIZZLE LITTLE OIL & COOK ON BOTH SIDES
