Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chappati - 4
  2. Onions - 2 chopped
  3. Tomato - 2 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  5. Green chilly - 2 chopped
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Garam masala powder - 2 pinch
  8. Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon chopped
  9. Marinated Boneless chicken cubes - 250g
  10. (marinate in salt and two teaspoon chilly powder)

Instructions

  1. CHAPPATI,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHILLY,SALT,GARAM MASALA,ONION,TOMATO, CHICKEN CUBES,CORIANDER,OIL
  2. CUT THE CHAPPATI INTO SMALL SQUARES..
  3. PUT SOME OIL IN A PAN..
  4. ADD BONELESS CHICKEN CUBES MARINATED IN SALT AND CHILLY POWDER TO HOT OIL..
  5. MIX WELL..
  6. COOK FOR 15 MIN OR TILL BROWN AND REMOVE FROM HEAT..
  7. IN THE SAME PAN ADD SOME COCONUT OIL AND ONIONS
  8. ADD ONE FORTH TEASPOON OF SALT TO IT..
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD ONE TEASPOON OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE..
  11. ADD TWO CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY..
  12. TO IT ADD 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED
  13. MIX IT TILL TOMATOES COOKED
  14. ADD THE COOKED CHICKEN TO IT AND MIX
  15. COOK COVERED FOR 2-3 MIN
  16. ADD THE CHAPPATI CUBES TO IT..
  17. ADD SALT TO TASTE..
  18. ADD TWO PINCHES OF GARAM MASALA POWDER..
  19. ADD TWO TABLESPOONS OF CHOPPED CORIANDER TO IT..
  20. ADD A SQUEEZE OF LIME AFTER SWITCHING OFF THE FLAME(OPTIONAL)..
