  1. Crab ( cleaned and cut into pieces) - 2
  2. Onion - 1 big
  3. Tomato- 1
  4. Garlic chopped- 1 tablespoon
  5. Turmeric and coriander powder- 2 teaspoon
  6. Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
  7. Curry leaves - few
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water

Instructions

  1. CRAB
  2. ONION , TOMATO , GARLIC , CURRY LEAVES
  3. TAKE A BOWL ADD CRAB, ONION AND TOMATO
  4. ADD CHILLY POWDER
  5. CORIANDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  6. SALT
  7. MIX WELL
  8. HEAT MUD COOKING POT
  9. POUR COCONUT OIL
  10. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  11. GARLIC AND SAUTE WELL
  12. WHEN GARLIC BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN ADD THE CRAB MIXTURE
  13. ADD WATER
  14. MIX WELL
  15. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  16. OFF THE STOVE IT IS READY TO SERVE
