  1. Musambi 2 (squeeze juice of it, approximately it should be two and a half cup)
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Vermicelli 1 cup
  4. Pure desi ghee 1/2 karchi
  5. Chopped almonds for garnishing/decorating

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS USED
  2. TAKE OUT JUICE OF MUSAMBI USING CITRUS JUICER
  3. TWO MUSAMBI USED, IT'S APPROXIMATELY TWO AND A HALF CUP OF JUICE
  4. THROW MUSAMBI COVER IN DUSTBIN, NO NEED OF ZEST IN THIS
  5. PLACE KADAI ON FLAME, ADD PURE DESI GHEE
  6. PUT VERMICELLI IN IT
  7. MAKE IT BROWNISH PINK, KEEP STIRRING
  8. ADD JUICE OF MUSAMBI AND MIX WELL
  9. KEEP STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
  10. WHEN IT REACHES TO THIS CONSISTENCY, BUBBLES ARE SEEN ADD SUGAR AND IMMEDIATELY STIR WELL
  11. OFF THE FLAME, COVER WITH A PLATE FOR SOMETIME SO THAT IT GETS MORE SOFT
  12. FINALLY MUSAMBI VERMICELLI IS READY, SERVE HOT GARNISHED WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS
