Besan mirchi is famous in Rajasthan whenever guest are going to come this my mom always use to make , this mirchi can be made and kept in fridge for 2-3days , can be carried in tiffin also . you can enjoy it with chappatis ,puris , theplas and parathas it takes hardly 15minutes to make so friends enjoy besan mirchi

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gram flour 1bowl
  2. Fresh green chilly cut into pieces
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1Tsp of oil
  5. Pinch of asafoiedita
  6. Dry corriander powder 1tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  8. Half lemon juice
  9. 1/2 Tsp cummin seeds
  10. 1Bowl water

Instructions

  1. ADD 1BOWL GRAM FLOUR TO PAN AND DRY ROAST IT TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN
  2. REMOVE IT IN BOWL
  3. ADD 1TSP OIL IN SAME PAN
  4. ADD PINCH OF ASAFOIEDITA AND 1/2 TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS
  5. ADD CHOPPED PIECES OF GREEN CHILLY
  6. ADD HALF TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER AND DRY CORRIANDER POWDER
  7. ADD ROASTED GRAM FLOUR IN IT
  8. ADD SALT AND DRY MANGO POWDER (AAMCHUR POWDER )
  9. MIX IT FOR A MINUTE
  10. ADD 1 BOWL OF WATER AND HALF LEMON JUICE
  11. MIX IT AND COOK FOR 5MINUTES
  12. REMOVE IN SERVING BOWL
