Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tsp saffron soaked in water
  2. 3tablespoon honey
  3. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
  5. 1Glass of water
  6. 2-3Sticks of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. ADD 1GLASS OF WATER TO A DEEP PAN AND KEEP FLAME SLOW
  2. AS WATER STARTS BOILING ADD 2 CINNAMON STICKS ,1/2 TSP EACH PEPPER AND CARDMOM POWDER
  3. STIR IT
  4. AS SOON AS IT STARTS BOILING ADD SAFFRON SOAKED IN WATER
  5. ADD SAFFRON LEFT IN BOWL
  6. BOIL FOR 5-7 MINUTES , SWITCH OF FLAME AND COVER PAN WITH LID
  7. AFTER SOMETIME OPEN LID AND ADD 3TBSP OF HONEY
  8. STIR IT TILL HONEY MIXES WELL WITH SAFFRON WATER
  9. SEIVE IT IN GLASS
  10. IF YOU WANT TO SERVE HOT POUR IN SMALL GLASSES AND IF SERVING COLD LET IT COOL DOWN FOR SOMETIME
  11. ADD SOAKED SAFFRON
  12. ADD MINT TWIG FOR GARNISHING
