Nothing beats the winter months like a warming soup. Here i have made spicy and tasty chicken soup with left over ghee rice. Try out this easy and soothing dish that gets us through all kinds of storms.

  1. Left over ghee rice - 1 cup
  2. Boiled boneless chicken - 1/2 cup
  3. Chicken stock - 1 cup
  4. Chopped Onion - 1 cup
  5. Chopped Capsicum - 1 cup
  6. Chopped Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped Green chilly - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  9. Water - 1 1/2 cup
  10. Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  11. Sweet Corn - 1/4 cup
  12. Chopped Celery - 1 teaspoon
  13. Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Salt as required
  15. Salt

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. LEFTOVER GHEE RICE
  3. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN
  4. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC
  5. GREEN CHILLY
  6. SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD ONION
  8. STIR WELL
  9. WHEN IT BECOMES TRANSLUCENT ADD CAPSICUM
  10. SALT
  11. ADD BOILED CHICKEN
  12. POUR CHICKEN STOCK
  13. PEPPER
  14. SOYA SAUCE
  15. MIX WELL
  16. LET THEM BOIL
  17. ADD FRESH SWEET CORN
  18. AND CORN STARCH
  19. STIR IT
  20. ADD A CUP OF WATER
  21. THEN GHEE RICE
  22. COOK FOR 3 - 4 MINUTES
  23. LAST BUT NOT LEAST ADD CELERY OR CORIANDER LEAVES
  24. CHICKEN SOUPY RICE IS READY TO SERVE. SERVE HOT.
