Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 small pieces of chicken
  2. 2 tablespoons of Basmati rice
  3. 2 tablespoons of red masoor dal
  4. 6 cloves of garlic chopped
  5. 1 Large Onion finely chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  7. 2 Bay Leaves
  8. 3 Green Cardamom
  9. 4 cloves
  10. 1" piece of cinnamon
  11. 10 whole black peppercorns
  12. 4 cups water
  13. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  14. 2 teaspoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in the pressure cooker and cook for atleast ten to twelve minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. Remove the chicken and shred it and keep aside
  4. Now put the soup in a blender and blend. To adjust the consistency you may add water as per your taste.
  5. Strain the soup
  6. Heat a pan with 2 teaspoons of butter. Add the chicken, pour in the soup. Bring to a boil.
  7. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.

Tried the recipe its simply awsome. I added potato and carrot to it to make it thick it turns out nice. Thank you for such a nice recipe.
