Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dumpling-
  2. Refined flour ½ cup
  3. Oil 1 tsp
  4. Warm water
  5. A pinch of salt
  6. For stuffing-
  7. Chicken paste ½ cup
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  10. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  11. Chopped parsley 1 tsp
  12. For soup-
  13. Butter 1 tsp
  14. Salt and pepper
  15. Chopped coriander leaves
  16. Chopped garlic ½ tsp


  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients for dough and kneed well. Cover with a dumb cloth and keep aside.
  2. For stuffing mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
  3. Make dumplings with flour dough and chicken stuffing.
  4. In a pan boil ½ litter water. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper, chicken dumplings.
  5. Cover it with a lid and cook for 15 mins in a very low flame.
  6. Add butter and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with garlic toast.
