ABOUT Aloo Parantha RECIPE

This is the traditional north Indian , stuffed and spicy aloo paratha. A very filling and delicious breakfast option for all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 750g
  2. Salt
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  5. Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  6. Khatae 2 tbsp
  7. Oil 1/2 cup
  8. Wheat flour 2 cup
  9. Green chillies 1 tsp
  10. Ginger 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL 750 GMS POTATOES
  2. MASH THEM, ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CORIANDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER
  5. ADD SALT
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  8. ADD 2 TBSP AMCHOOR POWDER, MIX
  9. TAKE 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 1 TSP SALT
  10. ADD WATER AS REQUIRED
  11. KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  12. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE POTATO MIX & THE DOUGH
  13. FLATTEN A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH, PLACE A POTATO BALL
  14. GATHER THE ENDS & CLOSE
  15. PRESS DOWN & SMOOTHEN IT
  16. ROLL IT OUT
  17. GRILL ON A HOT TAVA, GREASE WITH OIL
  18. FLIP, COOK TILL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES
  19. SERVE HOT
