  1. 250 grams of Chopped okra
  2. 1 Tablespoon of chopped onion
  3. 1 cup of cooked rice
  4. 1/4 teaspoon of Red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 teaspoon of ghee
  8. 2 teaspoon of oil

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL
  2. ADD ONIONS
  3. SAUTE WELL
  4. ADD CHOPPED BHINDI (OKRA)
  5. MIX WELL
  6. SAUTE WELL UNTIL NONSTICKY BHINDI
  7. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, SALT
  8. MIX WELL, AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  9. ADD COOKED RICE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD LITTLE GHEE (OPTIONAL)
  12. TRANSFER THE LUNCH BOX OR PLATE
  13. BHINDI RICE (OKRA RICE) READY TO SERVE
