  1. Rava/sooji-1 cup
  2. Oil-2tsp
  3. Cashew-few
  4. Mustard seeds-1tsp
  5. Onion, chopped- 1
  6. Green chilli- 1 , chopped
  7. Ginger-1tsp , finely chopped
  8. Mixed vegetable-1/2 cup
  9. Tomato-1,chopped
  10. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  11. Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Water

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST SOOJI
  2. HEAT OIL, ADD CASHEW,MUSTARD SEEDS,ONION,GREEN CHILLI,GINGER ONE BY ONE & SAUTE.
  3. ADD VEGETABLE
  4. SAUTE FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  5. ADD SALT
  6. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  7. CHOPPED TOMATO AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. SAUTE IT
  9. POUR 3 CUPS WATER,C CHECK FOR SALT
  10. WHEN WATER BOILS,ADD TGE ROASTED SOOJI WITH CONTINUOUS STIRRING
  11. IN JUST 2-3 IT WILL BE READY
