  1. 1 cup chopped ripen bananas
  2. 1 cup black grapes
  3. 2 tsp Jaggery syrup
  4. 1 tsp barley powder
  5. 4 cup Milk
  6. 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  7. 1 sapota chopped
  8. Few raisins

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED RIPEN BANANAS
  2. BLACK GRAPES AND SAPOTA
  3. CARDAMOM SEEDS, RAISINS
  4. JAGGERY SYRUP AND MILK
  5. ADD BARLEY POWDER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. GRIND TILL SMOOTH
  7. POUR INTO SERVING GLASSES AND SERVE AS HEALTHY BREAKFAST
