Ragi coffee is a complete energetic, healthy drink to all the age group people, all over the world. It is very close friend to diabetics. It's very tasty and simple early morning breakfast / drink in village area.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 25 grams finger millet / ragi seeds
  2. 150 ml milk
  3. 300 ml water
  4. 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. SOAK RAGI OVERNIGHT AND DRAIN, THEN GRIND SMOOTHLY BY ADDING SOME MILK
  2. POUR INTO A PAN AND ADD SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF WATER AND MILK
  3. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND JAGGERY
  4. STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO GET A LUMP LESS MIX.
  5. BRING IT TO BOIL IN LOW - MEDIUM FLAME ONLY
  6. STARTED BOILING, IT BECOMES THICK, IF YOU NEED ADD SOME MORE WATER OR MILK
  7. IT IS READY, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE EITHER IN HOT OR WARM.
  8. TRANSFER TO A SERVING CUPS, ENJOY
