  1. Cooked rice 2 cups
  2. Mint leaves
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Chana daal 1 tsp
  6. Urad daal 1tsp
  7. Peanuts 1/4 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lemon juice 1.5 tsp
  10. Musturd seeds 1 tsp
  11. Ref chilli 1-2
  12. Oil 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. 1 TBS OLIVE OIL
  2. 1 TBS MUSTURD SEEDS (RAAI)
  3. 1 TSP CHANA DAAL
  4. 1 TSP URAD DAAL
  5. PEANUTS(1/4 CUP)
  6. KEEP STIRRING
  7. WHOLE RED CHILLI (1-2)
  8. ROAST FOR 3-4 MINUTES (LOW HEAT)
  9. TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI)-1/2 TSP
  10. ADD COOKED RICE
  11. LEMON JUICE (1.5 TSP)
  12. SALT TO TASTE
  13. MIX WELL
  14. TURN OFF THE FLAME & ADD CRUSHED MINT LEAVES (10-12)
  15. CORIANDER LEAVES
  16. MIX WELL
