  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  3. Water 1 1/2 cup
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  6. Curry leaves 1 string
  7. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. ADD RICE FLOUR AND RAGI FLOUR
  2. ADD SALT AND POUR WATER
  3. MIX WELL
  4. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO LUMPS, ADD ONION
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD COCONUT AND MIX WELL
  7. HEAT TAVA AND APPLY OIL
  8. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  9. FLIP OVER FOR 1 MINUTE IN MEDIUM FLAME
  10. REMOVE AND SERVE
