  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 tbsp Milk
  3. 1 small Onion chopped
  4. 1 tbsp coloured Bell Peppers chopped
  5. 1 tbsp Spring Onions chopped
  6. 2 cubes Processed Cheese grated
  7. 1 tbsp Butter
  8. Salt & Pepper to taste
  9. 1 Green Chilly chopped

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 EGGS IN A BOWL
  2. ADD 1 TBSP MILK & WHISK WELL
  3. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER, 1/4 CUP ONION, 1 TBSP SPRING ONION
  5. ADD 1-2 TBSP TRICOLOUR BELL PEPPERS, 2 TBSP CHEESE
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  7. HEAT A PAN, ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER
  8. POUR THE EGG BATTER & SPREAD EVENLY
  9. COOK FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  10. REMOVE IN A SERVING PLATE
