Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coriander leaves - 1 cup tightly packed 
  2. Asafodia 4 to 5 Pinch
  3. Water (optional)
  4. Green chilli 2-3
  5. Onion 1
  6. Coconut 8-10 Pieces
  7. Tomato 2
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil 1/2 cup
  10. Musterd seed 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. CORIANDER LEAF CHUTNEY
  2. ADD 5 TO 6 TSP OF GINGERLY OIL IN THE PAN. ADD CHOPPED ONION.
  3. AFTER ONION FRY INTO GOLDEN BROWN ADD TOMATO & GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD ASOFODIA 1/2 TSP OR LESS.
  5. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAF FOR FEW SEC.
  6. IN MIXER GRINDER 1.ADD DRY FRY URAD DAL.
  7. 2.ADD CORIANDER LEAF.
  8. AND GREEN CHILLI AND GRIND IT.
  9. ADD FRIED ONION,TOMATO GRIND IT AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  10. TAKE GREATED OR SMALL PIECES OF COCONUT. FRY IT 8N 1 TSP OF GINGERLY OIL.
  11. AFTER IT FRIED WELL.
  12. ADD IN MIXER GRINDER. GRIND IT UPTO IT BECAME SMOOTH. ADD SALT AND BLEND ONCE.
  13. ADD WATER IN FOR IDLY DOSA. (OPTIONAL).
  14. SEASONING 1/2 CUP(OR LESS) OF OIL WITH MUSTERD SEED.
  15. ADD IN CHUTNEY AND MIX WELL TO COOK IN SEASONING OIL.
  16. SERVE IT WITH IDLY, DOSA,VADA ETC.
