  1. Bitter Gourd 4
  2. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  3. Basan 2 tsp
  4. Rice flour 1 tsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Oil required

Instructions

  1. ADD SALT ,WATER AND COOK BITTER GOURD.
  2. AFTER IT COOKED ADD OIL. FRY IT FOR FEW MIN.
  3. THEN ADD CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC
  4. ADD LILTTE BASAN AND RICE FLOUR
  5. MIX WELL ADD LILTTE MORE OIL TO FRY
