Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tsp chopped garlic
  2. 1 tsp cooking oil
  3. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 red chilli
  5. 1/8 tsp of black pepper powder
  6. 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  7. curd 1 1/2 cup
  8. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. PEAL AND CHOP GARLIC CLOVES
  2. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. AFTER CRACKLE ADD RED CHILLI
  4. ADD GARLIC, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. TAKE CURD, ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. TRANSFER FRIED GARLIC IN TO CURD
  7. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. ON THE TOP SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SERVE
