  2. Jaggery 1/4 cup
  3. Cashews
  4. Ghee 1 tbsp
  5. Cardamon powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1/4 CUP WHOLE WHEAT OVERNIGHT
  2. ADD TO BLENDER. ADD WATER AND MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE
  3. EXTRACT THICK WHEAT MILK
  4. EXTRACT THIN WHEAT MILK
  5. DISCARD THE REMAINS
  6. REST THE WHEAT MILK FOR 10-15 MINUTES
  7. SLOWLY REMOVE THE WATER ON TOP OF WHEAT MILK. WHEAT MILK MEASURES 1/4 CUP
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER AND 1/4 CUP JAGGERY TO PREPARE JAGGERY SYRUP
  9. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP TO THICK WHEAT MILK
  10. ADD 1 TBSP GHEE IN NON STICK KADAI. ADD THE MIXTURE
  11. MIXTURE SOLIDIFIES. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  12. ADD CASHEWS
  13. ADD 1/4 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
  14. HALWA SHOULDN'T STICK
