Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped tomato 1 cup
  2. Chopped carrot 1 cup
  3. Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  4. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli 1
  7. Urad dal 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. salt to taste
  10. pepper powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. CURRY LEAVES
  4. CARROT
  5. TOMATOES, SOME WATER
  6. SALT
  7. PEPPER POWDER, COVER AND COOK TILL SOFTEN
  8. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  9. ADD GRATED PANEER, MIX WELL AND SERVE
