Paneer Carrot Halwa

Ingredients to make Paneer Carrot Halwa

  • 750 grams carrot
  • 100 grams paneer
  • 1 cup malai
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tbs sugar or as per you taste
  • 2 tsp ghee or unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

How to make Paneer Carrot Halwa

  1. wash, peel and grate carrots
  2. take a cooker put carrot and 1 cup milk lid the cooker and after 1 whistle off flame
  3. now grate the paneer take a nonstick pan put paneer and 1 tbs powder sugar and on very low flame cook until paneer and sugar mix well then off heat and keep aside
  4. now open cooker and remove carrots in a nonstick pan
  5. put on medium flame and cook until all water finish
  6. now on low flame add malai and sugar in carrot and cook
  7. stir occasionally and after some time sugar will dissolve and malai will start living oil
  8. add cardamom powder and give a good mix
  9. add paneer and mix well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
  10. now add ghee and some chopped dry fruits give a nice mix
  11. cook like that on very low flame and when you will see everything mix nicely then off flame
  12. garnish with dry fruits and serve
