In this winter carrot halwa is ready

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. milk...... 1kg
  2. grated carrot ....1kg
  3. cream.... 1 cup
  4. sugar ....one and half cup
  5. cardamom powder.... half teaspoon
  6. silver wirk... for decoration
  7. Green fondant for leaf

Instructions

  1. heat the milk in a pan
  2. when the milk boil add grated carrot
  3. let it cook till the milk evaporated
  4. add cardamom powder
  5. when milk evaporates properly add sugar
  6. stir it continuously
  7. When sugar melts properly
  8. now add cream
  9. stir it continuously
  10. when its consistency looks smooth and Shiny switch off the flame
  11. and the carrot halwa is ready
  12. when it comes in room temperature make carrot shape
  13. roll the green fondant and make leaves
  14. stick it at the back side of the carrot
  15. decorate it with wirk
  16. carrot shaped carrot halwa is ready
