ABOUT Egg n cheese Spinach Corn Macoroni Toast RECIPE

Wholesome bland low salt ,microwaved, low fat Spinach corn cheese Macoroni on toast buttered with unsalted butter.Just the righ healthy brunch with some juice of choice or a flavoured Tea.Wow! Use one egg on each portion ready on each Toast ,Topped with ketchup as per choice!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2cup elbow macoroni
  2. 1/2 cup sweet corn
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 small bunch spinach chopped fine
  5. 1 cube Go or Amul cheese(use cheese of choice)
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1tblspn olive oil
  8. pepper to sprinkle
  9. 2 slices toasted
  10. 2tblspn unsalted butter to butter the toasts
  11. And add to spinch corn

Instructions

  1. BOIL A CUP OF MACORONI WITH CORN SALT AND OIL,TAKE SMALL BUNCH OFSPINACH,ONE CUBE OF CHEESE TRIANGLE
  2. CHOP SPINACH FINE MIX INTI CORN MACORONI
  3. COOK 2 MINUTES ON SLOW IN SPINACH WATER ITSELF SO SPINACH GETS BLANCHED
  4. USE THIS OR ANY OTHER UNSALTED BUTTER
  5. ADD A SPOON FULL OF UNDALTED BUTTER IN WARM SPINACH MACORONI MIX
  6. SPRINKLE PEPPER POWDER INTO THIS MIX WELL
  7. CRUMBLE THE CHEESE CUBE ON THE SPINACH CORN MIXAND MIX WELL
  8. ADD SPICH MACORONI MIX IN ANY MICROWAVE DISH WITH COVER BREAK AN EGG INTO IT
  9. MICROWAVE 60 SECS,CHECK IF WET PUT 5 SECS MORE
  10. Place on toast n serve with more toast butter as preferred
