Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rava (sooji) 1 1/2 cup
  2. Thick yogurt 1 cup
  3. Greated carrot 1 cup
  4. Greated mango 1/2 cup
  5. Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT A NON-STICK PAN,ADD 1 AND 1/2 CUP RAVA
  2. DRY ROAST THIS RAVA FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  3. BRING A BIG BOWL,ADD ROASTED RAVA
  4. ADD 1 CUP THICK YOGURT
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD 1 CUP WATER
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD 1 CUP GREATED CARROT
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  11. ADD 1/2 CUP GREATED MANGO
  12. ADD 2 TBSPS CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  13. ADD 2 TBSPS CHOPPED GINGER
  14. ADD 3 TBSPS FINELY CHOPPED CILANTRO
  15. MIX WELL
  16. THE BATTER SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY LOOSE BUT THICK ENOUGH.
  17. HEAT AN NON-STICK APPE PAN
  18. GREASE OIL
  19. NOW SPOON IN THIS BATTER IN EACH MOULD OF THE APPE PAN
  20. COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  21. FLIP EVERY PANIYARAM VERY GENTLY AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINS.
  22. SERVE HOT PANIYARAM WITH GREEN CHUTNEY.
