Rava Paniyaram

Ingredients to make Rava Paniyaram

  • 1 cup Rava
  • 1/2 cup sour curd
  • Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  • Chopped vegetables 1 + 1/2 cup (carrot, beans, capsicum, onion etc)
  • Green chilli chopped 2-3
  • oil for brushing
  • baking soda 1 pinch
  • Green chutney as needed

How to make Rava Paniyaram

  1. In a big bowl mix rava, seasoning and vegetables.
  2. Mix in curd, green chilli and soda. Mix well.
  3. Add a little water if required.
  4. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix again, if still thick add a little more water.
  6. Brush appe pan and pour a tbsp full of paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes than flip onto another side.
  7. Cook until done, brush oil and flip again.
  8. Serve hot with chutney.
