Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. coconut oil 3 tsp
  2. Leftover dosa batter 2 tbs + 1/4 tbs
  3. Leftover mixed veggies palyam 1/2 cup
  4. Leftover mango rasayana 1 tbs
  5. cashew nuts few
  6. tomato jam 2 tsp
  7. White sesame 2 tsp
  8. jeera Mithai 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT MUD TAWA, ADD 3 TSP COCONUT OIL
  2. LEFTOVER DOSA BATTER 2 TBS
  3. LEFTOVER MIXED VEGGIES PALYAM 1/2 CUP
  4. LEFTOVER MANGO RASAYANA 1 TBSP
  5. ADD CASHEWS FEW
  6. AGAIN SPRINKLE SOME BATTER
  7. ADD TOMATO JAM, COVER AND COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  8. OPEN THE LID, SPRINKLE WHITE SESAME
  9. REMOVE ON PLATE
  10. CUT INTO SMALL PIECES, GARNISH WITH JEERA MITHAI AND SERVE
