ABOUT CORN CHEESE BULLETS RECIPE

Corn cheese bullets make an excellent tea time snack, party starter or a perfect food to bribe kids. Boiled chopped corns are mixed with potatoes n breadcrumbs along with some spices and then shaped as bullets. These can be kept frozen & fied or baked as and when required. Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 200 grams corn kernels, boiled
  2. 2 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
  3. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 tablespoon gram flour/ besan, roasted
  5. 2 brown bread slices, crumb them in mixer
  6. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  10. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Juice of 1 lime
  13. 2 cubes processed cheese, grates
  14. Half cup freshly chopped coriander
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 200GMS BOILED CORN KERNELS IN A CHOPPER
  2. COARSELY CHOP THEM
  3. TAKE IT IN A MIXING BOWL & ADD 2 MEDIUM-SIZED BOILED POTATO
  4. BREADCRUMBS MADE FROM 2 SLICES OF BROWN BREAD
  5. 1 MEDIUM ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
  6. 2 TBSP ROASTED GRAM FLOUR
  7. 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. HALF TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER
  9. 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  10. 1TSP CHAT MASALA
  11. 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  12. JUICE OF 1 LIME
  13. SALT AS PER TASTE
  14. HALF CUP FRESHLY CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER
  15. 2 CUBES PROCESSED CHEESE, GRATED
  16. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  17. GREASE HANDS IF REQUIRED. TAKE A TABLESPOON OF THIS MIX & GIVE THEN ELONGATED SHAPE
  18. MAKE BULLETS OUT OF THE REMAINING MIXTURE
  19. SET THESE IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES
  20. BEFORE SERVING, HEAT SUFFICIENT OIL UNTIL ITS MEDIUM HOT. THEN DROP THE BULLETS ONE BY ONE
  21. CAREFULLY TURN THEM FOR EVEN BROWNING ON ALL SIDES
  22. WHEN DONE REMOVE ON AN ABSORBENT PAPER. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP
