  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. Water as required
  5. For filling---
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 2 tbsp onion
  9. 2 tbsp beans
  10. 2 tbsp grated carrot
  11. 1/2 cup red,yellow gren bell peppers
  12. 2 tbsp corn
  13. 2 tbsp peas
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1/4 tsp haldi
  16. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  18. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  19. Oil for greasing
  20. Sticks for lolipops

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA
  2. AND ONION AND SAUTE
  3. ADD BEANS AND COOK
  4. AND GRATED CARROT
  5. ADD ALL THREE BELL PEPPERS
  6. CORN
  7. AND PEAS
  8. COOK ALL OF THEM ADD SALT,HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. AND CORIANDER POWDER
  10. ADD PEPPER POWDER AND MIX ALL OF THEM OUR STUFFING IS READY
  11. TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL
  12. ADD SALT
  13. AND WATER
  14. MAKE DOUGH AND KEEP IT FOR 10 MIN. TO SET
  15. THEN TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL DOWN
  16. ADD STUFFING IN CENTER
  17. PULL ALL SIDES AND COVER STUFFING
  18. INSERT A STICK IN CENTER FOR MAKING LOLIPOP
  19. SET IT NEAR STICK
  20. MAKE ALL LOLIPOPS LIKE THIS
  21. GREASE THEM WITH OIL AND ARRANGE IN GREASED TRAY BAKE FOR 25 MIN.AT 180 DEGREE
  22. OUR DELICIOUS VEGGIE LOLIPOPS ARE READY
  23. SERVE THEM WITH SAUCE
