Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton mince 250 gm
  2. Egg 4
  3. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt according to your taste
  5. Tomato 1 chopped
  6. green chili 2 chopped
  7. Coriander leaves few chopped
  8. Onion 1 chopped
  9. Onion 1 sliced
  10. Oil 4 tablespoon
  11. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker heat one tablespoon oil add sliced onion saute till its change colour
  2. Now add keema and little water
  3. Now pressure cooked till mutton become soft or cooked till 4 to 5 whistle
  4. Now heat remaining oil in a pan add cooked mince saute for a while now add tomatoes chopped onion green chillies red chilli powder and salt mix well and cooked on low flame for 10 minutes
  5. Now add beaten egg in it and mix well until eggs Cook well
  6. Now mix all the thing well add garam masala powder and serve hot with paratah
