Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled egg 4pc
  2. Boiled and mashed potato 1.5 cups
  3. Coriander leaves, chopped 2 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chopped green chilli 3 teaspoon
  6. Mutton keema 250 grams
  7. Sliced onion 3/4 cup
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  9. Chopped tomato 3 tablespoon
  10. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Bread crumb 1.5 cup
  14. 1 egg for coating
  15. mustard oil to deep fry


  1. In a frying pan add 2 tbsp of mustard oil and add onion, ginger garlic paste and try until onion get pink in color. Add tomato & cook for 5/6mints.
  2. Now add mutton keema and mix well.
  3. Add chilli powder, 2 teaspoon green chilli, sugar & garam masala powder. Mix & put small amount of water if the mixture is too dry. Cover & cook until keema done.
  4. Make 8 different portion of keema mixture. Keep aside.
  5. Meanwhile add salt, coriender leaves & 1tsp green chilli with mashed potato. Make 8 balls from it.
  6. Halves all 4 eggs.
  7. Now take 1 half of boiled egg. Put 1 portion of keema mixture on the egg. It will look like a full egg. Take 1 ball of potato mixture. Flattern it & cover keema & egg ball with the potato. Now it will look like a whole egg.
  8. Keep breadcrumb in a plate. Beat the egg with pinch of salt in a bowl.
  9. Coat it with breadcrumb. Now coat with egg mixture & again coat it with breadcrumb.
  10. Make all 8 follwing the similar process.
  11. Meanwhile, In a kadaiadd oil & keep it hot.
  12. Put 4 devils at a time (depending on the size of kadai) and deep fry it in medium heat. Turn & fry until they become golden.
  13. Fry all the 8 and serve hot with salad.
