Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boil eggs 2 numbers
  2. Boil mashed potato 1 cup
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Roasted masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 2tablespoon
  10. Green chilli chopped 1 tablespoon
  11. Oil for deep frying
  12. Black pepper powder 1teaspoon
  13. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon


  1. Cut the boil eggs into half.
  2. Heat the pan at 2 tbsp oil in it.
  3. Then add onion chopped and fry it well.
  4. Next at ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 second.
  5. Then add smashed potato ,cumin powder coriander powder turmeric and red chilli powder & green chili & mix it well.
  6. Then and salt ,black pepper, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and mix it will, fry for 1 minute in high flame
  7. Now stuffing is ready, let it cool.
  8. Add stuffing all over on boil egg and make a shape
  9. beat 1 egg with some black pepper & salt in a bowl.
  10. Deep the stuffing egg in the beaten egg.
  11. Add breadcrumb all over it.
  12. Finally heat oil and deep fry the egg devils.
  13. Serve hot egg devils with onion rings and sauce.
