Delicious keema stuffed egg paniyaram,can be taken as a starter, side dish or snack.

Keema Stuffed Egg Paniyaram.

Ingredients to make Keema Stuffed Egg Paniyaram.

  • 1 cup keema.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped.
  • 1 tesp ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 green chilli minced.
  • 1 tesp chopped coriander leaves.
  • salt as per taste.
  • pepper powder as per taste.
  • oil to shallow fry.

How to make Keema Stuffed Egg Paniyaram.

  1. In a bowl beat eggs.
  2. Add pepper,salt,onions,ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves,
  3. Make gooseberry size balls out of keema,and keep aside.
  4. Place paniyaram pan on medium heat.
  5. Pour oil just half in each mould.
  6. Once hot add 1 tesp egg mixture to each mould.
  7. Place a keema ball in the centre ,and add another tesp of egg mixture on it.
  8. Cook on both sides golden brown.
  9. Serve hot this yummy dish.
